Welcome to Mobile Zone. By visiting our store, website, or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General
- All products listed are subject to availability.
- Prices are listed in [PKR / Currency] and may change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability).

2. Products
- We sell new, refurbished, and/or used mobile phones and accessories. The condition of each product (new/refurbished/used) will be clearly mentioned at the time of sale.
- Images are for representation purposes; actual product color/packaging may slightly vary.
- All devices sold are subject to manufacturer warranty terms (where applicable) or our own shop warranty, as specified on the invoice.

3. Pricing & Payment
- Full payment (or agreed advance) is required to confirm an order.
- We accept Cash / Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash / Card .
- Any taxes or delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 10 business days.
- Delivery timelines depend on courier service and location; delays due to courier issues are beyond our control.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate contact and address details.

5. Warranty
- Warranty (if offered) is valid only against manufacturing defects and is void in case of:
  - Physical damage, liquid damage, or water damage
  - Unauthorized repair or tampering
  - Misuse or negligence
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

6. IMEI & Device Verification
- Customers are advised to verify the device's IMEI and condition at the time of purchase, in-store.
- Mobile Zone is not responsible for issues arising after the device has left the store, unless covered under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability
Mobile Zone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us, including data loss.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujranwala.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
